Customer Service Representative (Full time)
The printing industry is an ever evolving and rapidly changing trade. Our field spans across many different media and requires lifelong learning. Our shop is fast paced and provides products and services primarily to other businesses.
Position is responsible for servicing new and existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Customer-centric attitude
- Working closely in a team oriented environment
- Courteous and law abiding driver
- Professional and helpful in all situations and circumstances (emails, phone, and face to face)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Quoting
- Estimating
- Invoicing
- Answering the phone
- Replying to emails
- Proactively seek to help customers with all their printing needs
- Promptly greet and assist walk-in customers
- Delivering jobs to customers
- Providing help in other areas of the shop as needed
